Program

Group Training
The heart of True North Box. 50-minute high-intensity classes capped at 16 people. Expect a mix of heavy strength, olympic lifting, bodyweight gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning that will leave you wrecked in the best way. Scaling options for every movement mean beginners and veterans sweat side-by-side. No two workouts are ever the same, but the results are.
Open Gym
For members who want extra volume or just love having the place to themselves. Come in before or after classes and hit your own programming on Rogue rigs, turf lane, assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs, reverse hypers, and every specialty bar you can dream of. The music stays loud and the chalk stays flying.
1-1 PT
Completely personalized training for people with specific goals: fat loss, muscle gain, powerlifting or weightlifting meets, rehabbing old injuries, or just wanting undivided coach attention. Your program, your schedule, your pace. Semi-private (2-4 people) options available if you want to bring friends and split the cost.
Weightlifting
Dedicated Olympic weightlifting classes and programming for anyone chasing bigger snatches and cleaner cleans. Platform time, technique drills, and structured cycles led by coaches who’ve been on the platform themselves. Whether you’re brand new to the bar or hunting state records, we’ve got a rack for you.
